Diahn Hevel, Founder

Diahn Hevel brings 30 years of business leadership, facilitation, and consulting experience to your leadership team.  Her corporate career included responsibilities for P&L, product management, training, customer experience, internal communications, and incentive program management.  Her proven results in sales/profit center management and pragmatic, agile approach generate collaborative and trusting long-term relationships with leaders of all levels.

Diahn is known as a dot-connector and strong communicator.

In addition to her MBA, Diahn has completed the Coach Training Alliance and Dartmouth’s Leading Strategic Change programs. She is a certified DISC-Plus (behavior and motivators) consultant and facilitator of the Coach2Lead leadership development program. Her toolbox also includes Emotional Intelligence (TTI EQ), Strengths Finder®, and Prosci Change Management tools. She serves as an adjunct instructor in Business Management programs for Columbus State Community College.

Jeanne Tierney, Senior Consultant

Jeanne brings 25 years of proven success designing and integrating HR and Organizational Development programs that meet client and business needs. Her experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development spans across diverse industries including retail, healthcare, marketing and advertising, manufacturing, non-profits and logistics. We call on Jeanne when our clients and engagements need traditional HR program development, HR support, or Organizational Design services.

Jean Parker, Learning Solutions Leader

When we need a highly experienced, well rounded curriculum designer, we call on Jean to design training that impacts performance and drives results.

An experienced learning professional with a focus on serving retail, healthcare and financial services organizations, Jean designs complex, innovative blended learning solutions.

Lisa Gearhart, E-Learning Designer

With 23 years experience designing innovative, high-quality e-learning and virtual design solutions, Lisa brings expertise in many applications for our client engagements including e-learning development tools, animation, video, gamification, and e-learning apps.

Susan Alexander, Executive Coach

Our senior executives, and our engagements with their teams, benefit from Susan’s coaching and strategic planning services. Susan is a certified and highly experienced executive coach, committed to helping individuals and organizations discover new possibilities and execute on their vision.
