About Diahn Hevel, President, Hevel + Co

For over 20 years, Diahn Hevel has helped senior executives maximize the return on investments in their sales and service force.  As a business owner, consultant, trained coach, and experienced sales and service leader, Diahn’s passion is consulting with leaders and managers who are ultimately accountable for the success of their sales and service team.

 

Diahn partners with other independent professionals to create solutions that address performance gaps. She leverages resources and relationships to contribute to both process improvement and sustainable growth, primarily delivered through: 

 

  • new hire on-boarding and certification programs,
  • incentive/reward/recognition programs,
  • sustainable skill-building systems
  • sales management programs and processes,
  • sales management, leadership education and coaching for sales managers
  • employee readiness programs for change initiatives
  • customer experience programs that deliver on brand promises

 

Prior to founding Hevel + Co in 2002, Diahn held leadership positions in financial services, responsible for:

 

  • Branch profit and loss
  • Product management
  • Incentive program development and management
  • Service excellence support
  • Internal communications director
  • Sales and service education director
  • Sales and service strategy support executive

 

Diahn holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Human Resources Management from Bowling Green State University, an M.B.A. degree in Services Marketing from the University of Dayton. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Leading Strategic Change program and also completed coursework with the Coach Training Alliance and Disney’s Keys to Excellence program.  She participates as an Expert Panelist with the Sales Management Challenge.

 

Diahn enjoys watching many baseball and softball games while keeping the Gatorade cold, enjoying many music concerts with her husband, and pretending to be a food network star in the privacy of her own kitchen when no one is looking.
